Neocor leverages the veterinary innovations and technologies of its sister company Ultravet Medical Devices to potentially deliver new ways to treat human heart disease.

We do this through our mission: to achieve world class leadership in the development of patented, trademarked medical devices unique in the veterinary medical profession.  UltraVet devices are designed for non-invasive surgical procedures that replace open heart surgery, respiratory procedures and other difficult surgeries that are also very expensive in comparison.

Headed by UltraVet founder Dr. George Kramer, the company has developed designs for implantable transcatheter interventional devices with areas of application comprised of cardiovascular, respiratory and urologic uses. The various devices were designed to treat common problems in veterinary medicine that are difficult to treat using currently available treatments. The focus of our efforts are solutions for degenerative mitral and tricuspid valve disease that can work in both canine and human cardiology systems, significantly extending the life expectancy and quality of life.
